Google Earth made a stunning discovery and solved a mysterious situation that hasn't been known for 22 years. For more than two decades, William Molde's family has been left with many unanswered questions about the disappearance of a family member.
William Molde, 40, disappeared in Palm Beach County, Florida on November 7, 1997. The last thing he heard was that he called his girlfriend from a bar to tell her he would soon be home.
He never heard of him after that; he just disappeared and no one has found him yet. Barry Faye, a former resident of a neighborhood in Wellington, Florida, was doing a Google Earth search and found there was something in the Palm Beach Pond.
According to images that can be seen in Google Earth and reports from a Sheriff's office in Palm Beach County, in the water, it is possible to see a vehicle in one corner of the pond.
During the sailing, Barry Fay enlarged the pool and drew his attention to the car, so he decided to contact the owner of the residence. Use a person, a drone to examine the area and confirm what is visible through Google Earth.
After searching, they realized that there was already a vehicle inside the pool, so they decided to communicate with the authorities, and when checking inside, they discovered the bony remains of a man.
The remains were transferred to the criminal investigating magistrate's office for treatment, and after conducting the corresponding tests, it was discovered that the body of William Molde, who disappeared 22 years ago.
